Amanda Fischer

Amanda Fischer has over a decade of experience in the field of nutrition and marketing communications. Currently serving as the Marketing Communications Manager and Director of Business Relations at Village Super Market since July 2011, Amanda also has a background as a Retail Dietitian. Prior experience includes a role as Student Council Liaison to the American Dietetic Association at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a Nutrition Educator for the Eat.Right.Now. Nutrition Education Program at Drexel University, where Amanda focused on providing nutrition education to students and participating in community outreach. Earlier experience includes working as a Nutrition Educator for Teen Fitness Advantage, LLC. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science from the University of Delaware, along with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Drexel University.
