Marco Roy

Marco Roy has extensive experience in hospitality management and military communications. Currently serving as the Directeur adjoint hebergement saisonnier at Groupe Calypso Valcartier since October 2016, Marco previously held the position of Directeur adjoint Hotel de Glace et Camping in 2018, where responsibilities included budget management, supplier relations, and overseeing infrastructure and human resources for the Ice Hotel and camping facilities. Prior to their roles in the hospitality sector, Marco served as Sergent major at the 35e Regt des Communication from November 2016 to 2018, and spent over 26 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, specializing in information and communication technology, with a role as Op Chef for the 2ème Division and as a radio operator. Marco holds a Certificate in interdisciplinary studies from Université TÉLUQ, earned in 2007.
