D'Anna Flowers

D'Anna Flowers is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational leadership, currently serving as Senior Vice President at VillageMD since May 2021. In addition to this role, D'Anna is a Board Member at Friends of Prentice, contributing to women's health research initiatives. As the Principal Consultant at D’Velop Business Solutions since March 2016, D'Anna has focused on identifying organizational needs and implementing effective talent and learning solutions, including developing a new hire onboarding program. Prior experience includes significant contributions at R1 RCM, where D'Anna held various roles, culminating in Director of Talent & Organizational Development, overseeing talent management processes and training initiatives. D'Anna holds a Master's Degree in Training and Organizational Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University.
