Josh Pasek is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition focused on Technology and Analytics at VillageMD, Josh leads recruitment initiatives under the CIO and CAO, overseeing multiple sectors including Engineering and Medical Technology. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at Life Fitness, where recruitment focused on both design and IT organizations, and Senior Corporate Recruiter at Sears Holdings Corporation, managing recruitment for Monark Premium Appliance. Josh's career began at AWI Technology, culminating in a managerial position where strategic market expansion was a key achievement. An alumnus of Ripon College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Sports Management, Josh began professional experiences in sports broadcasting and intramurals.
