Mark Vainisi

Mark Vainisi is an experienced executive in corporate development and strategy, currently serving as Executive Vice President at VillageMD since December 2021. Vainisi previously held leadership positions at Walgreens Boots Alliance from January 2015 to January 2022, including Senior Vice President of Global M&A, and has an extensive background at Walgreen Co., where roles included Group Vice President of M&A and Divisional Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions. Earlier experience includes serving as Director/Senior Counsel for M&A at Walgreens Co. and as a Mergers & Acquisitions Lawyer at Tribune Company.
