Tony Castelbuono

Tony Castelbuono, CEBS, CCP, PHR, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Compensation at VillageMD since 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Director of Compensation. From 2017 to 2021, Tony worked at Momentive as Director of Global Compensation & Mobility, with responsibilities including global compensation and executive compensation management. Prior experience includes roles such as Compensation Manager at Bridgestone Americas, where Tony oversaw variable incentive programs and compliance, and Compensation Manager for North America at Whirlpool Corporation, focusing on base pay analysis and STI design. Additionally, Tony led total rewards programs as Regional Compensation & HRIS Manager at Adventist Health System, managing HR metrics and wellness programs for a multi-hospital system. Tony's early career began in finance as a Staff Accountant and progressed through a Human Resource Resident role. Academically, Tony holds a BBA in Marketing and Accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Southern Adventist University, and an MBA, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Webster University.
