Ben Leibert is an experienced technical manager and software development engineer with a strong background in building and leading IT teams. At VillageReach since June 2015, Ben has successfully established an IT team, developed policies and procedures for service delivery, and led technical projects for upgrading OpenLMIS in Benin and Mozambique. As a freelance web developer since January 2015, Ben has also gained diverse experience, including technical recruiting at MACRO.CCS, Java development at Expeditors, and software engineering roles at various organizations. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Computing and Software Systems from the University of Washington.
