Charlie Butler

Charlie Butler is a seasoned professional in basketball operations and experiential marketing with extensive experience in various roles within the sports industry. Currently serving as the Director of Basketball Operations at Villanova University since April 2025, Charlie has previously held similar positions at the University of Maryland and Seton Hall University, where responsibilities included organizing team travel, managing game footage, and assisting coaching staff. Additionally, Charlie has excelled as an Experiential Marketing Specialist at MBC Marketing, designing creative event activations and achieving record lead generation. An alumnus of Seton Hall University, Charlie holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, complemented by a Minor in Business Administration.
