Emily Marbot

Emily Kohler Marbot, SHRM-CP, serves as the Director of University Advancement Talent Management at Villanova University. With a strong background in human resources, Emily has held various positions including Senior Human Resource Manager at Envision Physician Services and Human Resources Specialist at Ingleside at King Farm. Earlier roles include Assistant HR Manager at ARAMARK's Verizon Center and HR Representative in Sports and Entertainment. Emily's education includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Spanish from Marist College and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development at Villanova University.
