Keith Fogg

Keith Fogg is a Clinical Professor and Director of the Federal Tax Clinic at Harvard Law School since July 2017, where students gain practical legal skills by representing low-income individuals in tax controversies with the IRS. In addition, the Harvard Tax Clinic engages in litigation aimed at benefiting low-income taxpayers and currently has cases in various federal circuits. Fogg also serves as a Professor and Director of the Federal Tax Clinic at Villanova University since September 2007. Previously, Fogg worked as an attorney for the Office of Chief Counsel at the IRS from 1977 to 2007. Fogg earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from William & Mary and a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Richmond.
