Michael Zubey

Michael Zubey currently serves as the Vice President & General Counsel at Villanova University, a position held since May 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing legal matters, ensuring compliance with legislation, managing litigation, and reviewing contracts. Prior to this role, Michael was a Partner and Attorney at Masano Bradley, LLP from July 1999 to May 2013, focusing on employment, labor, higher education, and municipal law. Earlier in the career, Michael held the position of Assistant District Attorney at the Berks County District Attorney’s Office from 1997 to 1999, where responsibilities included prosecuting major felonies and violent crimes. Michael Zubey holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology, with a minor in Philosophy from Villanova University.
