Mimi Riley

Mimi Riley has extensive experience in basketball operations and recruitment, currently serving as the Director of Basketball Operations at Villanova University since June 2013. Additionally, since June 2010, Mimi has worked as an Associate Recruiter-CIR at The RightThing, Inc., an ADP Company. Previous roles include serving as Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at both La Salle University from 2003 to 2010 and Georgetown University from 2002 to 2003. Mimi holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Villanova University, earned between 1997 and 2002.
