Sheila McLaughlin

Sheila McLaughlin, MSN, RN, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student Services in Human Resource Development at Villanova University since August 2022. Prior to this role, Sheila was the Manager of NAT and RN Refresher Programs at Montgomery County Community College from September 2021 to August 2022, and from October 2016 to September 2021, held the position of Assistant Director of the ACHIEVE Evening & Weekend BSN and RN to BSN Programs at La Salle University School of Nursing and Health Sciences. Additionally, Sheila worked as a Registered Nurse at the University of Pennsylvania's Student Health Services from January 2007 to January 2018, and at St. Christopher's Hospital from August 1988 to May 2002. Early in the career, Sheila was a School Nurse at Saint Lucy Day School for Children with Visual Impairments from June 2000 to June 2005. Sheila holds a BSN in Nursing from Villanova University and an MSN in Nursing Education from Gwynedd Mercy University.
