Tim McKinley

Tim McKinley, Esq. serves as the Senior Director of Gift and Estate Planning at Villanova University since July 2019, having previously held the role of Director of Gift and Estate Planning. Prior to this, Tim McKinley was the Director of Charitable Estate Giving and Planned Giving Officer at The Hill School from July 2015 to June 2019. Tim's experience includes a position as a Tax Consultant for various organizations from June 2007 to May 2015, as well as practicing as an Attorney at Marks, O'Neill, O'Brien and Courtney in late 2006. Additional legal experience includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and New Jersey Superior Court between 2003 and 2005. Tim's volunteer experience includes serving in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps from 1999 to 2000. Tim McKinley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross.
