Rodney Mendoza

Rodney Mendoza is a seasoned professional in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance and HACCP at Villari Food Group since October 2024. Prior to this role, Rodney held various leadership positions, including Production Manager at Pacon Manufacturing Corporation and Perdue Farms, as well as Director of Process Improvement at Villari Food Group. Rodney's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure as Operations Manager at Butterball, LLC. Rodney holds an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College, earned between August 2010 and January 2014.
