Dale Kjaer

Dale Kjaer has extensive experience in the fitness industry, specifically in sales and management. Dale started their career as a District Manager at Gold's Gym from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, they joined Axiom Fitness as the Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for growing and retaining membership and personal training department revenue for four locations in the Boise, Idaho area. In 2023, Dale Kjaer became the Vice President of Sales at VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa, which owns Axiom Fitness. In this role, they continued to focus on growing and retaining revenue for both VillaSport Athletic Club and Axiom Fitness, which have a total of seven locations across California, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas.

Dale Kjaer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from UNLV Lee Business School, where they studied from 1991 to 1993.
