Emilie Chalas

Emilie Chalas is a highly experienced professional in public service and urban planning, currently serving as Chef de Projets at CARBON since September 2022 and as Conseillère municipale and Conseillère communautaire for Ville de Grenoble and Grenoble-Alpes Métropole, respectively, since June 2020. Previously, Emilie held the position of Députée de l'Isère at Assemblée nationale from June 2017 to June 2022 and has worked in various capacities in local government, including Directeur général des services for Ville de Moirans and Directeur général adjoint at Mairie de Moirans. Emilie's educational background includes advanced degrees in Urbanisme from Institut d'Urbanisme de Grenoble, Criminologie from Aix-Marseille Université, and Sociologie from Université Grenoble Alpes, along with a senior year in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology at Washington College.
