Mehdi Debza-Kioulou

Mehdi DEBZA-KIOULOU has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as Chargé de missions RH at Ville de Grenoble since February 2014, where responsibilities include implementing HR guidelines and communication. Additional roles include Chargé de recrutement and Coordonnateur de Vie Scolaire, focusing on management and project oversight. Since July 2020, Mehdi DEBZA-KIOULOU has also been a municipal advisor for youth at Ville d'Eybens. Previous experience includes various HR roles at Schneider Electric from 2010 to 2013 and technical assistant at Ville d'Eybens from 2003 to 2010. Mehdi DEBZA-KIOULOU holds a Master’s in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor’s in Management Economics from Université Grenoble Alpes.
