Pascale Frery

Pascale Frery serves as the Directrice générale adjointe for Culture, Sports, Education, Citizen Relations, and Local Democracy at Ville de Grenoble since November 2014, previously holding the role of Directrice générale adjointe for HR and Digital Services. With extensive experience in management roles, Pascale Frery also worked as DGA in charge of resources for Communauté d'agglomération des Hauts de Bièvre, overseeing human resources, finance, legal affairs, and public procurement from November 2011 to November 2014. Prior to that, Pascale Frery was the Directrice des finances for a city of 40,000 residents and responsible for budget preparation and monitoring. At the Conseil Régional Ile de France, Pascale Frery handled the financial aspects of public transportation. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Public Affairs from Sciences Po, a Master's in Public Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, and additional studies in art history and political science at renomated institutions.
