Amélie Jutras

Amélie Jutras, CRHA, currently serves as Conseillère principale en développement organisationnel at Ville de Longueuil since August 2017, demonstrating dynamism, creativity, and a strong relational capability, along with exceptional listening and empathy skills in the field of organizational development. Previously, Amélie held the role of Conseillère RH dotation within the same municipal organization, where adaptation to the nuances of the public sector was essential. Prior experience includes serving as Conseillère recrutement-marketing RH at CHU Sainte-Justine from March 2011 to August 2017, focusing on PMO and recruitment while fostering trust with internal clients, and managing the career center. Earlier roles include Gérante de salle and ticketing at Théâtre de la Ville (Longueuil) from October 2005 to May 2010. Amélie holds a Bachelor's degree in human resources from UQAM and has pursued studies in public relations and theater communication at various institutions.
