Guillaume Vera-Navas has extensive experience in environmental management and urban adaptation, currently serving as the Responsable du pôle Transition écologique et adaptation urbaine and Responsable de la Mission Environnement et Développement durable at Ville de Pantin since September 2012. Responsibilities include managing the “Agenda 21” and “Plan Climat-Air-Energie Territorial” programs, monitoring green and blue infrastructure, and producing reports for city leadership. Prior work at the Association pour la Prévention de la Pollution Atmosphérique involved sociopolitical analyses and project management focused on health and environment intersections. Additional roles included partnership development for Tournesol, contributions to Ecoresp's ecological transition initiatives, and experience with the World Health Organization and the Institute for Agriculture and Trade Policy. Educational background includes a Master's in Environmental Economics from the University of Paris I and a Certificate in Development Studies from the University of Sussex.
