Louis Martin

Louis Martin has a diverse professional background with significant experience in both public service and real estate. Currently serving as the municipal counselor for the Cap-Rouge—Laurentien district in Ville de Québec since November 2021, Louis also works as a residential real estate broker at Agence immobilière Hélène Lauzier, where a strong client focus and marketing expertise enhance agency values. Additionally, Louis contributes to the community as a member of Québec d'abord and has experience in education and training, having taught future brokers at the Collège de l'immobilier du Québec and provided training on Centris technology tools. Prior roles include customer relationship management and marketing positions at Porsche Cars Canada and Mazda Canada. Louis holds a B.A. in Communications from Université Laval and a Science degree from CEGEP Ste-Foy.
