Marie-Pierre Boucher holds a bachelor's degree in social work and graduates degrees in business administration, one in management and the second in leadership development.

Marie-Pierre Boucher was president of the governing board of Guillaume-Mathieu primary school and parent representative of Les Joyeux Dauphins daycare. She was also vice-president of the neighborhood council of the Jesuits of the City of Quebec, administrator of the Urbainculteurs, and volunteer for the Big Bang-Leaders of social innovation.

Marie-Pierre Boucher has worked for more than 20 years for organizations with a social vocation, in multi-partner approaches with community, school, municipal, entrepreneurial and health-related sectors. She specializes, among other things, in collective mobilization and support for organizational and human changes.
