Richard Côté

Richard Crane is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and education. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Concept Integrated Systems, Richard focuses on nurturing new business and supporting existing customers. Previously, Richard was a Mathematics Teacher at Unity College, where real-world experiences enriched the learning environment. Richard’s career also includes roles in sales and consultancy at Access Group and Sage, where expertise in HR and payroll solutions was developed. Prior to that, Richard gained experience as a Software Trainer at Tagtronics LTD and an HR Assistant/Analyst at Agilisys, enhancing skills in customer support, training, and project management.
