Carolina Valdes

Carolina Valdes is an experienced urban project manager with a robust background in urban regeneration and social development. Since 2019, Carolina has served as Cheffe de service Projets Urbains at Ville de Rosny-sous-Bois. Prior experience includes project management for the Rougemont urban regeneration project at SAES from April 2011 to December 2018, where Carolina provided strategic advice, managed project evolution, and refined financial models. Additionally, Carolina worked as Cheffe de projet for the large-scale PRU project in Clichy-sous-Bois/Montfermeil and held a role at OPIEVOY focusing on social and urban development across multiple municipalities. Carolina's academic credentials include degrees in architecture from Universidad de Los Andes and urban planning from Ecole d'Urbanisme de Paris, along with a management certification from EFE.
