Eric Bourdages

Eric Bourdages is an experienced engineer with a strong background in maintenance, project management, and process optimization, currently serving as an Ingénieur d’entretien at Ville de Shawinigan since November 2023. Previously, Eric held positions such as Ingénieur de maintenance et fiabilité at Kruger Inc. and Ingénieur de projets at Gestion Rémabec Inc., where responsibilities included project initiation, cost management, and technical support. Eric’s career began with roles focusing on machinery operation and maintenance in the forest products industry, complemented by hands-on experience in mechanical engineering and R&D during internships and early career positions. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi and a DEC in Mechanical Engineering from Cégep de Jonquière.
