Thomas Offer

Thomas OFFER is an experienced information systems and digital project manager, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Information Systems and Digital at Ville de Trappes since November 2023. Thomas has been with the Yvelines Department since September 2020, where responsibilities include application project management and user application oversight for dematerialization tools. Previously, Thomas worked at XELIANS DIGITAL as a Consultant MOE, focusing on project specifications and testing. Thomas also held the position of Team Leader at AntemetA, managing data operations and client reports, and gained extensive experience at QuintilesIMS from 2006 to 2016 in IT operations and project management. Educational qualifications include a Technicien Supérieur in IT Resource Management from AFPA Créteil and a Technicien Supérieur in IT Support from AFPA Toulon.
