Carl Boulianne

Carl Boulianne currently serves as Chef de division opération at Service sécurité incendie Trois-Rivières and at Ville de Trois-Rivières since September 2019. Previously, Carl held positions as Directeur adjoint and Chef à la prévention et à la formation at Service incendie de la ville de Shawinigan from May 2008 to September 2019, and as Capitaine aux opérations at Service de sécurité incendie de Shawingan between August 2003 and September 2006. Additionally, Carl acted as Directeur de course for the Demi-Marathon des pompiers de Shawinigan from 2010 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a Certificat in Administration from UQTR, a DEC in Prévention des incendies from Collège Montmorency, a DEP in intervention incendie from Campus Notre Dame de Foy, an AEC en gestion incendie from Collège Montmorency, a DEC in Sciences Humaines from Cégep de Limoilou, and training as Officier 1 et 2 from École Nationale des pompiers du Québec.
