Pamela Soto

Pamela Soto is an experienced urban planner currently serving as Coordonnatrice in Planification urbaine at Ville de Trois-Rivières since March 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Urbaniste at the same organization, Conseillère en aménagement du territoire at Ministère des Transports du Québec, and Conseillère en adaptation aux changements climatiques for the Bureau des changements climatiques - MDDEFP. Pamela also worked as a research agent at Consortium Ouranos/Université de Montréal and operated as a geomatics technician in a self-employed capacity. Pamela Soto is pursuing further education at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and holds a Master's degree in Urbanism, focusing on sustainable urban development and environment from Université de Montréal, along with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geography with a concentration in Human Geography and GIS from the same institution.
