Pierre-Marc Lincourt ing., Mba is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Currently serving as the Chef du service des acquisitions for the Direction de l’approvisionnement at Ville de Trois-Rivières since April 2011, Pierre-Marc previously held the role of Administrateur de contrats at Hydro Québec from March 2010 to January 2011. Prior experience includes serving as Directeur de Production at Synapse Electronique from November 2005 to March 2010. Pierre-Marc holds a Baccalauréat en Génie, Industriel from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (2000-2005) and a Technique in Génie Industriel from Cégep de Trois-Rivières (1997-2000).
