Marine Billay

Marine Billay is an experienced communication professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as Chargée de communication at Ville de Troyes since March 2023, Marine also co-founded Atelier Marcille in June 2021. Previous roles include Chef de projet communication at ALTEN from April 2018 to June 2021 and Chef de projet at Hermès Sellier from September 2015 to December 2016, where Marine also gained experience as an Assistant chef de projet during an internship. Additionally, Marine has interned as an Assistant chef de projet at Ragni in 2013-2014. Marine holds a degree in Ergonomics, Design, and Mechanical Engineering from UTBM (2012-2016) and is currently furthering education at Talent campus since 2018.
