Julien le Magueresse

Julien Le Magueresse currently serves as the Directeur des archives communales at Ville de Versailles since May 2023. Prior to this role, Julien held various positions at Département des Hauts-de-Seine from October 2007 to May 2023, including Chef du service des publics, where responsibilities encompassed communication, promotion of archival collections, cultural programming, website management, digitization initiatives, and oversight of the reading room and correspondence research. Julien also worked as Chef de projet internet et numerisation and Chargé de la collecte des archives during tenure at the same department. Earlier career experience includes the position of Archiviste at Assemblée nationale from September 2002 to September 2007. Julien holds a Master's degree in history and archival studies from Université d'Angers, obtained from 1999 to 2002.
