Philippe Joly

Philippe JOLY is an experienced professional with a diverse background in oil measurement and project management. Currently serving as a District Counselor for the Ville de Versailles since October 2020 and as Chairman of the Oil Measurement ISO Chapter at the Bureau de Normalisation du Pétrole since October 2016, Philippe JOLY represents France in ISO Technical Committees and contributes to the development of international standards. Prior to these roles, Philippe JOLY spent over two decades at ExxonMobil in various capacities, including Metrology Manager and Business Development Consultant, overseeing quality management systems and advising on strategic initiatives in oil pipeline projects. An alumnus of Arts et Métiers ParisTech with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School, Philippe JOLY brings a strong technical and managerial skill set to their professional endeavors.
