Nicolas Christen

Nicolas Christen has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles. Since August 2016, Nicolas has served as Assistant de direction and Assistant administratif for the service de la Mobilité at Ville d'Yverdon-les-Bains. Prior to this, Nicolas worked at cablex AG from October 2015 to August 2016 as a Frontdesk assistant, managing disruptions in Swisscom's aerial and underground lines while supporting field technicians and handling customer inquiries. From February 2002 to September 2015, Nicolas was a Senior advisor in administration and billing for upc cablecom, overseeing a client base of approximately 16,000 individuals in the Nord Vaudois region. Nicolas also gained experience as an Apprenant at Lee Hecht Harrison LHH | DBM Chile in 2015 and worked as a Consultant niv. III at OVB Service financier from November 2000 to July 2001, providing financial advice on various banking and insurance products. Nicolas holds a Certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) in commerce from the Centre professionnel du Nord vaudois and a certificat d'étude secondaire from Etablissement secondaire Pestalozzi in Yverdon.
