Wisoot Sethakarnpitak

Wisoot Sethakarnpitak is a professional with extensive experience in technical customer support and management within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Technical Customer Support Specialist for Villeroy & Boch since January 2022, Wisoot previously held the position of After Sales Service Manager at HAFELE (Thailand) Limited from July 2017 to January 2022. Prior to that, Wisoot developed a strong foundation in production engineering at Hanwha Chemical Corporation, progressing through roles such as Assistant Production Manager, Senior Production Engineer, and Production Engineer from August 2009 to July 2017. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Ramkhamhaeng University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. Additionally, Wisoot holds a Vocational Certificate in Electrical and Electronics from the same university.
