Rob Ybarra

Rob Ybarra MBA has over 40 years of experience in the grocery industry, with a strong focus on produce and marketing. Rob has held various leadership positions, including Executive Vice President at Villita Avocados and Business Development Director at Bowery Farming. Rob also served as the Director of Sales at Chula Brand Produce and the Director of Produce at Rouses Markets. Prior to that, they were the Director of Produce and Floral at Coborn's, Inc. and the Director of Produce and Marketing at Lowes Pay N Save, where they were recognized as the NGA marketer of the year in 2017. Before entering the private sector, Rob owned and operated their own wholesale produce and floral distribution company, RJR GLOBAL, LLC. Rob started their career at HEB Food Stores in 1981 and held various management positions, including Director of Produce and New Business. Rob's extensive experience and expertise make him a valuable asset in the grocery industry.

Rob Ybarra earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Texas at Brownsville. Rob attended the university from 1984 to 1997.
