Konstantin Lubenets is an experienced .Net Developer with a strong background in web development. Since May 2014, Konstantin has been contributing to Vilmate, and prior to that, worked at Kharkov National University of Internal Affairs from July 2001 to May 2014 in the same role. Konstantin holds a Specialist degree in Management Information Systems from Kharkov National University of Internal Affairs, earned between 1996 and 2001.
