Rasa Svegzdiene has worked at Vilmers since 2016. Rasa started as the Head of the Purchasing Department from September 2016 to August 2018. Then, they became the Head of Production Innovation from August 2018 to November 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Production, starting in November 2021. Prior to joining Vilmers, Rasa worked as a Purchasing Manager at ARETIDA from December 2013 to December 2016.

Rasa Svegzdiene completed their education at Šiauliai Universitetas. Rasa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2011 to 2015. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Rasa also obtained several certifications. These certifications include "Situacinė Lyderystė praktikoje" from Sėkmės Laboratorija | Vadovų mokymai gyvai, virtualiai ir miksuotai in May 2022, "Gamybos valdymas" from TOC sprendimai in October 2019, "Scotwork Advancing Negotiation Skills Course" from Scotwork in June 2018, "Vadovavimas personalui / 103" from Mercuri International Lietuva in May 2018, "Strategijos formavimas ir efektyvus įgyvendinimas" from Verslo Žinios in March 2018, and "Sisteminis mąstymas ir sprendimų priėmimas" from Verslo Žinios in February 2018.
