Tomas Stundys

Tomas Stundys is a legal professional with extensive experience and expertise in corporate law, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters. Currently, Tomas serves as a Co-Founder at WISL and a Legal Counsel at Revolut, while also contributing as a member of VILNIAUS KLUBAS. As a PhD Candidate and Researcher at Ghent University, Tomas is focused on liability issues of international corporate company groups. Previous roles include Associate positions at Ellex and Sorainen, where Tomas managed litigation and regulatory projects, and In-House Counsel for Visas, UAB, supervising dispute resolution and corporate legal matters. Tomas holds a Master of Laws from Vilnius University and is pursuing a PhD in Corporate Law at Ghent University.
