Emilie Balavoine

Emilie Balavoine has extensive experience in the field of real estate development, particularly within the social housing sector. Currently serving as the Responsable développement foncier IDF at Vilogia since January 2015, Emilie contributes to a group known for managing nearly 70,000 rental units across key metropolitan areas in France. Prior to this role, Emilie worked as Chargée de développement foncier at both Vilogia and SA HLM du département de l'Oise, where responsibilities included urban and rural construction projects and collaboration with local authorities. Emilie holds a Master 2 in Droit immobilier et de son financement from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France, as well as a Master 1 in Droit privé spécialité Droit notarial from Université Paris Nanterre, and a Licence de Droit from Université de Picardie Jules Verne.
