Kenny likes to give young people the opportunity to start a business. He likes to mentor young people with dreams and train them to become sustainable and profitable entrepreneurs. Kenny believes that "everything is the best arrangement of God" and that everything he does will always look forward, not stay in the past.
He co-founded Vilor Berhad in 2016 and acquired 23 companies in just the first 10 months, enhancing its competitiveness. Kenny invests primarily in businesses that can scale to the world as well as sustainably profitable businesses.
