Piotr Zawieja

Piotr Zawieja has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Piotr began their career in 2010 with an internship as a translator at the legal advisers office "Mikulski & Wspólnicy." In 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Professional at Shell, where they utilized their German language skills.

From 2012 to 2014, Piotr held the position of Securities Reconciliations Specialist at HSBC Service Delivery / HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt AG. Following this, they joined UBS in 2014 as a Data Analyst, Specialist.

In 2015, Piotr started working at FedEx Express as a Customer Solutions Analyst, where they showcased their skills in business analysis, project management, data gathering and analysis, and report creation. Piotr was responsible for creating professional presentations, dashboards, and tools, as well as delivering high-quality responses to request for quotes and proposals.

Piotr then transitioned to GE Healthcare in 2017, where they worked as a Data Engineer for a short period before joining TNT as a Sales Integration Analyst. At TNT, they played a crucial role in analyzing and integrating sales data.

In 2018, Piotr joined Spark Networks as a Business Intelligence Specialist, contributing to the company's data-driven decision-making processes.

Currently, since 2019, Piotr has been employed at Vimcar, initially as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and later promoted to the role of Team Manager BI Analytics starting in February 2022. Piotr utilizes their expertise in business intelligence to lead a team and drive data-driven strategies within the company.

Piotr Zawieja's education history includes attending The School of Banking and Management in Cracow from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on Data Science. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in German from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, which they completed from 2006 to 2011. Additionally, Piotr has several certifications, including a Certificate of Completion in A/B Testing in Python from 365 Data Science in November 2022, a GitLab Certified Associate certification from GitLab in May 2021, an Introduction to R certification from DataCamp in March 2017, and a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from APMG-International in December 2013.
