Katharine Francis is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer at ViMedicus since July 2012, Katharine focuses on aligning corporate strategy with clinical value in healthcare technology. As the Founder and President of inVoc, Inc., a consultancy established in 2010, Katharine supports entrepreneurs in bringing their ideas to fruition. In addition, Katharine founded InformMed, Inc. in 2006, where key contributions included product innovation and clinical research in medication safety. With a robust clinical background as a Nurse Clinician and Clinical Nurse Specialist across various specialties since 1980, Katharine has also held leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer at TransGraft Solutions and Interim Executive Director at the Illinois CancerCare Foundation.
