Alissa Conway

Alissa Conway is currently the VP of Employee Experience and Innovation at Vimeo. Alissa has also worked as an HR/Operations Associate for the University of Delaware's Athletics Department, a Hens Mentor for the University of Delaware, and a Lead HR Business Partner for CenturyLink. Alissa began their career as an intern at PepsiCo - Frito Lay.

Alissa Conway has a Master's degree in Organizational Effectiveness, Development, and Change from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Alissa also has a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from the University of Delaware. Alissa is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and by Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee as a Lean Certified Green Belt. Alissa is also certified as a Culture Shaping Facilitator by Senn Delaney, a Heidrick & Struggles company.
