Dominique Scott

Dominique Scott is a communications professional currently serving as Employee Communications Lead at Vimeo, where responsibilities include culture and change management, strategic advising to executives, and enhancing internal communications through initiatives such as a feedback tool in Slack. Prior to Vimeo, Dominique held the position of Account Director at APCO Worldwide, leading sustainability-driven accounts and managing client relations while founding the APCO Women's Leadership Group. Dominique's diverse experience includes roles in public relations and marketing at various organizations and an internship at Gonzaga University's Student Involvement & Leadership Office. Dominique is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations and Political Science from Gonzaga University.
