Leontina Gabriela Serbanica is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment and employee development. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist in Recruiting & Development at Vimetco Extrusion since June 2023, Leontina previously spent nearly 15 years at Pirelli, where roles included Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist and HR Specialist - HRBP for IT Craiova Service Center. Leontina's expertise encompasses full execution of the recruitment process, management of job vacancies, administration of ATS platforms, and organization of employer branding events. Leontina holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Craiova, obtained in July 2020.
