Vimly is seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support our Professional Services team. We are seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to configure and implement our Benefits Admin platform solutions for our customers.

The Business Analyst is an integrator between business needs and technology solutions. Your efforts will directly impact the value realized by the customer and the ultimate success of the relationship. This role will work closely with customers and the Vimly Product and Engineering team to design and configure customer solutions. The Business Analyst will become very familiar with Vimly and industry standard and data integration approaches. A critical component to a successful implementation of the SIMON Platform is ensuring on-time and high-quality data migration and integration. This position requires an intrinsically motivated, customer-obsessed professional with strong attention to details and follow-through skills.  It also requires a good technical aptitude to relay business requirements to technical engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of Vimly product implementations for enterprise customers across industries in accordance to Vimly implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule and effort.

  • Conceptualize and formulate rightsized solutions in close collaboration with all stakeholders that effectively address key implementation objectives.

  • Drive requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with our Product and Engineering team.

  • Assess, Develop and Analyze business processes, workflows and value stream mapping to ensure a high level of efficiency and quality is achieved.

  • Quality Assurance and Support across multiple engagements.

  • Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.

  • Own all data mapping, conversion and migration and configurations needed to onboard clients.

  • Contribute towards internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group.

  • Contribute to Vimly product roadmap through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.

  • Utilize appropriate tools to perform problem determination and root cause analysis.

  • Partner with training teams to educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes as well as those impacted by any process changes.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess an engineering or computer science degree.

  • 5-7 years’ serving as a Business Process Manager.

  • Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as an implementation consultant, responsible for requirements gathering, functional design and system configuration.

  • Prior experience in implementing Benefits Admin platforms, claims management systems or Healthcare SaaS applications preferred.

  • Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective actions in achieving stated objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.

  • A proven track record of business process management experience

  • Extensive experience working in Agile methodology, especially value stream mapping

  • Significant experience working with cross-functional teams and varying team cultures

  • Ability to develop process documentation utilizing various methodologies and tools, with an emphasis on efficiency and continuous improvement

  • Able to apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions, build resource forecasts or manage risk

  • Adaptable to various situation’s and business processes to add value cross functionally.

  • Excellent skill at using MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and SmartSheet

  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously

  • Self-starter with the ability to execute day-to-day with limited supervision.

What We Offer 

Base salary: $75,000.00 to $100,000.00. Actual compensation offered may vary depending upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
