Sean Cornell has a diverse range of work experience in the field of fitness and conditioning. Sean started their career as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Washington State University, where they played a crucial role in guiding and educating athletes from various sports. Sean then worked as a Personal Trainer at Snap Fitness 24/7, where they designed personalized exercise programs and taught group exercise classes. Sean later joined PRO Sports Club as a Personal Trainer/Performance Coach, where they consistently achieved top sales performance and received multiple awards for their excellent work. Currently, Sean serves as the Director of Product Development at Vimocity, where they oversee the development of fitness products.

Sean Cornell, CSCS, CEAS, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, with a minor in Psychology, from Washington State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Sean has acquired several additional certifications. Sean became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) in April 2012. Furthermore, they received certifications as a Sports Performance Coach from USA Weightlifting in February 2012, as a Functional Movement Screen Certified Level 1 & 2 from Functional Movement Systems in June 2013, as a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach from the Chek Institute in October 2014, and as a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist from Functional Range Conditioning in June 2017. Sean also holds a First Aid/CPR/AED certification obtained from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in January 2011.
