Craig B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Craig began their career in 2004 as a Senior Fundraising Consultant at Charity Fundraising Ltd. From 2005 to 2007, they founded and directed Clued-In, an IT consultancy specializing in web presence and BPM design and build of distributed systems. Craig then served as the Director of Development at Pro Corda Trust from 2008 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, Craig worked as a Charity Fundraising Consultant. Craig joined HTK Limited in 2011 as a Product Manager, focusing on IVR (Voice Automation), and stayed with the company until 2016. At Pitney Bowes, Craig served as a Global Service Delivery Manager for Engage One Video from 2016 to 2017. Craig then moved to Vizrt in 2018, where they held the position of Global Senior Product Manager for Vizrt Editing Applications until 2020. Currently, Craig is employed as the SVP Product Management at Vimond Media Solutions since 2020.

Craig B. earned their Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in European Studies with a focus on Spanish from Durham University between 1993 and 1996. Craig later pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Creative Writing from the University of Leeds, graduating in 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Product Focus Certified Product Manager certification from Product Focus in November 2018.
