Loan To has over a decade of experience in recruitment and workforce management. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at VinAI since October 2020, Loan focuses on urgent staffing needs in areas such as autonomous driving and smart mobility. Prior roles include Recruitment Manager at CMC Global Company Limited, with a passion for mentoring and connecting with talent, and Workforce Assurance Manager at FPT Software, where Loan managed two recruitment teams. As a co-founder of VAL.,JSC, Loan developed recruitment strategies and coached team members. Loan began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Ung Vien and holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Van Hien University.
